Is there a minimum order?
Our minimum order is $200 USD.
Do I need a resale certificate?
Yes - because we are wholesale only, we require a copy of your state issued resale certificate.
Do you sell to the public?
No. Gold 'n Gems is a wholesale supplier serving qualified businesses only.
Why does pricing on the Gold 'n Gems website change daily?
Product pricing is based on the daily gold and silver market price. As the market fluctuates, so does the pricing of products.
What is the daily shipping cut off time?
Monday - Thursday 4:00 pm CST
Orders received after 4:00 pm on Monday - Thursday or received Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship the following business day.
What is your preferred method of shipping?
Given the value of the products we deal with, all of our packages ship FedEx Next Day or Second Day unless otherwise specified.
