Returns
Eligible Sterling Silver and 10KT Gold Jewelry may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and in their original condition
- Free from scratches, damage, or alterations
- Returned with all original packaging and any included documentation
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom, personalized, or special-order items
- Items that have been resized, engraved, repaired, or otherwise modified
- Products showing signs of wear or damage after delivery
- Final sale or clearance items
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or an incorrect product was sent.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
